Bolzano – June 2021 – For years, an important field of activity of the FRI-EL Group was the development, construction, operation and management of biogas plants. A total of 25 biogas power plants (2 outside the Fri-El Green Power perimeter), with a total capacity of about 24.50 MW, have been built or purchased. FRI-EL Group continues to operate 4 plants in Italy.
The agreements grant an exclusive right in favor of Alerion Clean Power S.p.A. to evaluate and exercise the option to purchase projects under development.

FRI-EL Buildings invests over EUR 80 million in developing Ateneo Timisoara, the largest residential project under development in the western part of Romania.
Alerion also paid EUR 19.1 million for a 90% stake in the share capital of Fri-El Nulvi Holding, owner of a 29.75 MW operating wind farm in the municipalities of Nulvi and Tergu.

FRI-EL Green Power approved the balance sheet for the past year 2019, an increase in gross energy production of 11.3% compared to the previous year to 2,482,000 MWh. With consolidated revenues of 226.5 million euros, a gross operating profit (EBITDA) of 134.4 million euros was achieved.
